Refund Policy
This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for educational programs purchased from Radiantdetoxifya.
1. Overview
Radiantdetoxifya provides educational programs related to active break routines and work-life balance for remote employees. Because our programs include immediate access to digital materials upon enrollment, this Refund Policy defines clear conditions under which refunds are available. We aim to handle all refund requests fairly, transparently, and in compliance with Dutch consumer protection law and EU distance selling regulations.

3. Program Categories
Our educational offerings are divided into the following categories, each with distinct refund conditions:
- Digital Workbook Packages: Self-paced materials including break format guides, scheduling templates, and balance worksheets delivered as downloadable files.
- Guided Program Cycles: Four-week structured programs with virtual orientation sessions, facilitator guides, and team coordination materials.
- Live Orientation Sessions: Standalone virtual sessions introducing program concepts to teams or individuals.
- Custom Organisational Packages: Tailored program bundles designed for specific team sizes and organisational requirements.
4. Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Title 5, Chapter 3).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of contract conclusion for services, or from the day you receive digital content if delivery begins during the withdrawal period.
Exception for digital content: By enrolling in a program that includes immediate access to digital materials, you acknowledge that delivery begins upon enrollment and expressly consent to immediate performance. In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once digital content delivery has begun, provided you were informed of this consequence and gave explicit prior consent during the purchase process.
5. Refund Eligibility
5.1 Full Refund Conditions
A full refund may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation request received within 14 days of purchase before digital materials have been accessed or downloaded
- Program delivery was not initiated within 10 business days of the scheduled start date due to our operational failure
- Technical failure on our platform prevented access to purchased materials for more than 72 consecutive hours and could not be resolved
- Duplicate payment or billing error attributable to our systems
5.2 Partial Refund Conditions
A partial refund may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation of a guided program cycle after enrollment but before the second week of delivery: 50% refund of the program fee
- Cancellation of a live orientation session with at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled time: full session fee refunded
- Cancellation of a live orientation session with less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the session fee refunded
- Downgrade from a custom organisational package to a standard package before delivery begins: difference refunded
5.3 Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
- Digital workbook packages after files have been downloaded or accessed
- Guided program cycles after the second week of delivery has commenced
- Live orientation sessions where the participant did not attend without prior cancellation notice
- Services fully delivered in accordance with the agreed program description
- Dissatisfaction with general educational content where the material matches the published program description
We do not issue refunds based on perceived lack of physical or professional outcomes, as our programs provide educational information and do not promise specific results.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used during enrollment
- Order or invoice reference number
- Program name and purchase date
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting documentation if applicable (e.g., screenshots of technical issues)

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and provide a decision within 14 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Payment method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing time: Refunds are initiated within 5 business days of approval. Bank processing may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
- Currency: Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original transaction.
- Partial refunds: The refunded amount is calculated based on the conditions in Section 5 and communicated to you before processing.
8. Program Transfers and Credits
As an alternative to a refund, we may offer:
- Program transfer: Moving enrollment to a future program cycle of equal value within 6 months of the original purchase date.
- Credit note: A credit equal to the refund amount applicable toward any other program offered by Radiantdetoxifya within 12 months.
- Seat transfer: Transferring an organisational enrollment to a different team member before program delivery begins.
Transfer and credit options are offered at our discretion and do not replace your statutory rights where applicable.
9. Disputes and Complaints
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a review by contacting assist@radiantdetoxifya.world with additional information. A senior team member will re-evaluate the request within 10 business days.
EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably before escalation to formal proceedings.
10. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may delay resolution and could affect your ability to enroll in future programs. We cooperate fully with payment providers during chargeback investigations and provide documentation of program delivery where applicable.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our programs or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page indicates the last revision. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated date. Purchases made before an update remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
